Team Assistant – EU-MIDCAP / Return & Reintegration Facility

About the role

The International Centre for Migration Policy Development (ICMPD) is recruiting two Team Assistants to support its EU‑MIDCAP and Return and Reintegration Facility (RRF) initiatives. The role provides reliable administrative support to project managers and staff, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across multiple countries.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to project managers, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
• Maintain project files, records, and reporting templates in line with ICMPD’s regulatory framework.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and logistics for staff working in French‑ and Spanish‑speaking countries.
• Assist new personnel with onboarding procedures and familiarize them with standard operating procedures.
• Support the preparation of project reports, budgets, and deliverables for EU‑MIDCAP and RRF activities.

Required profile

• Proficiency in written and spoken English (required); French and Spanish are assets.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Experience in administrative or secretarial roles within international or multi‑project environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and external partners.
