About the role

We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager or Transfer Pricing Manager to join leading consulting firms in Belgium. The role involves advising both domestic and international clients on complex tax matters while contributing to the growth of the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Provide corporate and international tax advisory services.
• Lead tax structuring and optimisation projects.
• Execute transfer pricing assignments for multinational clients.
• Manage client relationships and drive business development initiatives.
• Coach and lead junior team members.
• Contribute actively to the expansion of the tax practice.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consulting, Big‑4, or international tax environments.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a client‑oriented approach.
• Fluency in French or Dutch and professional fluency in English.
