Tax Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Tax Manager to join Dstny’s growing tax function. The role sits at the centre of the group’s tax team, reporting to the Tax Director and working closely with Finance, Legal and local tax teams across multiple jurisdictions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide pragmatic advice on direct tax, transfer pricing and international tax matters to group entities.
• Assess tax impact of business decisions, recommend actions and support implementation to manage risk.
• Contribute to Belgian head‑office tax matters, global tax processes and transfer‑pricing documentation, including audits.
• Support international structuring projects, acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and quarterly/annual tax accounting.
• Partner with Legal, Finance and local teams, own execution while driving continuous improvement of tax compliance calendars and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in a relevant field, preferably with a postgraduate qualification in taxation.
• 5+ years of corporate tax experience in a multinational environment, Big 4, or a combination of both.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian corporate tax and tax accounting; broader European exposure is a plus.
• Solid understanding of transfer‑pricing principles and multi‑entity, multi‑jurisdiction compliance.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch a strong advantage.
