Tax Manager – International Corporate Tax

About the role

Dstny is expanding rapidly across new markets and entities, requiring rigorous tax work. As a Tax Manager you will sit at the centre of the group’s tax function, working directly with the Tax Director and the Finance team to manage multi‑country tax obligations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise group entities on direct tax, transfer pricing and international tax matters, providing pragmatic, well‑supported answers.
• Assess tax impact of business decisions, recommend actions and support implementation to manage risk and reduce liabilities.
• Contribute to Belgian head‑office tax matters, global tax processes and transfer‑pricing support, including audits, compliance, documentation and policy work.
• Support international structuring projects, acquisition‑related tax matters and corporate reorganisations such as mergers or conversions.
• Assist with quarterly and annual tax accounting, tax provisions, deferred taxes and audit strategies.
• Partner with Legal, Finance and local teams in an international setting, balancing hands‑on execution with continuous improvement.
• Develop and enhance the internal tax compliance calendar and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Master’s degree, preferably with a postgraduate qualification in taxation.
• 5+ years of corporate tax experience in a multinational environment, Big 4 firm or a combination of both.
• Strong knowledge of Belgian corporate tax and tax accounting; broader European exposure is a plus.
• Solid understanding of transfer‑pricing principles.
• Fluent in English; French and/or Dutch are strong assets.
