About the role

Gaming1 is seeking an experienced Talent Recruiter to join its growing Talent Acquisition team in Liège. You will be responsible for attracting, selecting and onboarding high‑quality candidates who will help drive the company’s continued success in the gaming industry.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle from need definition to contract signing.
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and write compelling job descriptions.
• Manage postings across relevant channels and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates using structured tools.
• Advise and support hiring managers throughout decision‑making.
• Represent Gaming1 at industry events, meet‑ups and talent‑focused activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in tech, digital or fast‑growing environments.
• Strong sourcing abilities and familiarity with modern recruitment platforms.
• Good understanding of IT roles or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
