Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

CBTW is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its global recruitment team. You will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring top technology talent, ensuring a seamless candidate experience and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and hiring strategies.
• Source and attract candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, and direct outreach.
• Conduct interviews, assess skills, motivation, and cultural fit.
• Present shortlisted candidates and advise hiring managers throughout the process.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Provide clear feedback after each recruitment stage.
• Prepare offers, manage negotiations, and support contract signing.
• Represent CBTW at job fairs, networking events, and employer‑branding initiatives.
• Contribute to internal talent‑acquisition projects and continuous‑improvement efforts.
• Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team and share knowledge.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Management, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, preferably in the IT sector.
• Strong interest in technology and innovation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural, professional candidate approach.
• Proactive, goal‑oriented and people‑focused attitude.
