Talent Acquisition Specialist – Global Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our partner’s global recruitment efforts. Based in Belgium, you will focus on sourcing, engaging, and hiring independent contractors, primarily linguists, to meet diverse language needs across multiple markets and time zones.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract and recruit independent contractors from various regions based on language and business requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Conduct interviews, assess language skills and overall suitability for opportunities.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from discovery to onboarding.
• Support high‑volume hiring while ensuring quality standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand staffing needs and hiring priorities.
• Conduct market research and nurture relationships with potential candidates.
• Track recruitment activities and analyze hiring metrics.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Strong written and verbal English proficiency.
• Ability to manage recruitment processes independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organized with strong time‑management abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work across different time zones when required.
