Talent Acquisition Specialist – Dutch/French

About the role

NISH Tech BV is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist fluent in Dutch or French to drive its hiring initiatives across Belgium and Europe. You will partner with business managers and clients to attract top‑tier IT and digital talent, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and client teams to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Source high‑quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule subsequent interview stages.
• Maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics and keep accurate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or executive search, preferably within IT, digital, cloud, cybersecurity, data, or technology consulting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
• Fluency in Dutch OR French is mandatory.
