Talent Acquisition Specialist – Campus Recruitment

About the role

Eurofins is looking for a results‑driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Campus Recruitment team in Brussels. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process for internships and recent graduate positions across corporate functions, ensuring a data‑driven, efficient recruitment experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for early‑career roles, from job intake to offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Handle multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while meeting hiring timelines and KPI targets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define needs, advise on strategy, and provide market and pipeline updates.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, job boards, university partnerships, referrals and talent databases.
• Conduct screening, competency‑based assessments and selection interviews.
• Ensure data quality and compliance within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Produce recruitment reports, analyse hiring data and recommend process improvements.
• Support campus engagement and employer branding initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment, preferably in a campus or early‑career context.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, KPI‑focused environment.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.

Required skills

• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
