Talent Acquisition Specialist – Brussels

About the role

Eurofins is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its Business & Operations Talent Acquisition team in Brussels. You will act as an ambassador for the Eurofins network and partner with hiring managers to attract top‑tier executive talent across Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from drafting position descriptions to extending offer letters.
• Recruit business leaders for multiple Eurofins business lines throughout Europe.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to define recruitment strategy, process, and timelines.
• Conduct extensive research, including networking, Boolean searches, talent pool development, and use of analytics tools.
• Lead candidate outreach, interviews, and relationship building while advising hiring managers on candidate suitability.
• Provide market insights, competitive intelligence, and demographic data to inform hiring decisions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on candidate sourcing and end‑to‑end assignments.
• At least 2 years of full‑cycle recruitment for middle‑to‑senior positions, either in an executive‑search agency or in‑house corporate environment.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates, conduct market mapping, and maintain talent pools.
