Systems & Network Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Systems & Network Engineer to join our team in Redu, Belgium. The role focuses on designing, deploying and maintaining both Linux and Windows infrastructures while ensuring robust security hardening. You will work on‑site with a diverse set of technologies supporting our internal operations.

Key responsibilities

• Install, deploy and configure RHEL 8.x+ systems (virtual and physical).
• Install, deploy and configure Windows Server environments (virtual and physical).
• Manage and maintain Microsoft Exchange services.
• Handle LibreOffice installation and distribution via Group Policy Objects.
• Produce technical and operational documentation in English.
• Perform operating system and device hardening to meet security compliance.

Required profile

• Strong experience in infrastructure management, system administration and security hardening.
• Ability to create clear technical documentation in English.
• On‑site availability for the Redu location.
