About the role
Spektrum is seeking a System Engineer to support the NATO Communication and Information Agency (NCIA) on critical defence and aerospace projects. The role involves contributing to the design, development, and execution of DCIS engineering initiatives within a high‑security environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional and technical contributions to DCIS engineering projects.
- Participate in a DevOps environment, applying continuous integration and continuous change management practices.
- Develop and maintain deployment automation scripts and tools.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure secure and effective communication solutions for NATO.
Required profile
- Experience delivering technical solutions in a defence or aerospace context.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, security‑focused environment.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
