System Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a System Administrator to join the Digital Transformation Department of act digital. You will work with a team of experienced professionals to ensure the reliability, performance and continuous improvement of our global IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot complex incidents and infrastructure issues.
• Implement system changes, deployments and patch management.
• Diagnose and resolve technical incidents promptly.
• Manage and maintain virtualised environments (VMware or Hyper‑V).
• Support storage and Active Directory administration activities.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure or system administration.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Curious mindset with a passion for technology watch and continuous learning.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SSM tools.
• Strong PowerShell scripting (mandatory for Windows Server environments).
• Experience managing large‑scale infrastructures (100+ servers across multiple international locations is a plus).
