Support Officer – Investment Back Office

About the role

We are looking for a Support Officer to join the investment back‑office of a leading financial services firm in Brussels. The role blends operational tasks, IT support, and a solid understanding of financial markets to ensure smooth daily business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for operational and IT‑related requests from internal users and external clients.
• Register, analyse, and follow up on incidents and service requests.
• Monitor IT production environments and guarantee the continuity of business‑critical applications.
• Escalate issues when necessary and coordinate resolution with internal support teams.
• Contribute to maintaining high service quality and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Experience in a securities back‑office environment (bank, brokerage, or custodian).
• Good understanding of financial markets and financial instruments.
• Fluent in Dutch with a solid knowledge of French.
• Organised, analytical, and solution‑oriented.
• Comfortable working in a team and interacting with various stakeholders.
