Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist

About the role

Akkodis is seeking experienced Supply Chain and Procurement professionals to support its key pharmaceutical clients in Belgium. Depending on your background, you will join either the Procurement track (strategic & operational) or the Supply Chain Planning track.

Key responsibilities

• Source, evaluate and select suppliers across engineering, production, packaging, construction and capital services.
• Lead negotiations, manage contracts and drive continuous improvement in cost, quality and supply.
• Conduct bid analyses, process purchase orders and resolve invoice queries.
• Develop category strategies in collaboration with global Category Strategy Managers.
• Build and maintain optimal production plans (3‑24 months) based on demand, capacity and resources.
• Support S&OP processes, conduct Rough‑Cut Capacity Analyses and coordinate daily logistics flows.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP and relevant regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in procurement, strategic sourcing or supply chain planning.
