Supply Chain Operations Specialist

About the role

Join MindCapture as a Supply Chain Operations Specialist supporting an international leader in the pharma/biotech sector. You will ensure seamless patient material flow, from forecasting to delivery, while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Support logistics planning and forecasting across the patient supply chain.
• Act as the primary supply chain contact for treatment sites and commercial teams within a designated region.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound movement of patient materials with logistics partners.
• Collaborate with warehouses and distribution centres to support seamless patient journeys.
• Ensure compliance with Chain of Custody and Chain of Identity requirements for clinical and commercial operations.
• Schedule cryopreservation and manufacturing activities to meet operational capacity.
• Assist treatment site certification through training and logistics test runs.
• Develop SOPs and work instructions while driving process improvement.
• Participate in testing and rollout of new system solutions.
• Develop and monitor key performance metrics to improve operational performance.
• Manage non‑conformance activities and support issue resolution.

Required profile

• One to three years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or another highly regulated environment.
• Knowledge of quality systems, including cGMP and FDA regulations.
• Strong analytical ability to assess processes, systems, technical procedures and regulations within a GMP environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a global environment with evolving priorities.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset with a focus on innovation.
• Positive approach to solving challenges and openness to constructive feedback.

Required skills

• Experience with SAP (preferred).
