Supply Chain Manager – Consulting

About the role

Join a fast‑growing Supply Chain & Engineering practice as a Supply Chain Manager. You will work with leading organisations in Belgium, guiding them through end‑to‑end supply chain transformations and delivering measurable performance improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Build credibility with clients by delivering high‑impact advisory and implementation services.
• Act as a trusted partner throughout supply chain transformation journeys, covering planning, logistics, procurement and operations.
• Support the BeLux sales strategy: identify opportunities, shape proposals and contribute to deal closing.
• Lead business‑development activities, including client pitches and account growth.
• Design and implement innovative, customer‑centric and sustainable supply chain solutions.
• Guide junior consultants to ensure high‑quality deliverables and tangible client impact.
• Develop and maintain a strong internal and external network across industry experts and colleagues.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• 6–10+ years of experience in supply chain consulting or advisory.
• Proven track record in client‑facing consulting environments and business‑development activities.

Required skills

• Fluency in English and French and/or Dutch (mandatory).
• Deep expertise across supply chain domains: planning, logistics, procurement and manufacturing.
• Experience delivering large‑scale transformation programs.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
