Supply Chain Leader – MSM EP/NV

About the role

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a senior Supply Chain Leader for the MSM EP/NV cluster (Belgium, Netherlands, Switzerland). The role drives end‑to‑end supply‑chain performance for a €250 M portfolio and partners with commercial leadership to translate global strategy into regional execution.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional supply‑chain strategy, aligning with global EP/NV priorities and delivering service, cost, inventory and cash targets.
• Partner with Commercial leadership on product launches, deal enablement, tender participation and portfolio lifecycle management.
• Own customer‑service performance (OTIF, fill‑rate, lead‑time) and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Lead cross‑functional integration across Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Regulatory, Finance and Logistics.
• Manage supply‑chain risk, resolve shortages and optimise allocation strategies.
• Develop a high‑performing supply‑chain team through talent development, succession planning and capability building.

Required profile

• 15+ years of end‑to‑end supply‑chain experience, including senior leadership in complex, matrixed environments.
• Proven track record leading regional or global supply‑chain organisations and transformation programmes.
• Strong expertise in IBP/S&OP processes, enterprise decision‑making and financial acumen.
• Experience in medical‑device, healthcare or other regulated industries.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s or MBA preferred; relevant certifications (APICS, IBF, PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) a plus.
