Supply Chain Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Consultant to join our Operations team. In this position you will coordinate planning, procurement, and supplier performance to ensure component availability, optimise material flows and support production continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Guarantee the availability of components required for production plans and customer commitments.
• Develop and manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) processes.
• Monitor capacity versus demand, identify supply risks and implement mitigation actions.
• Maintain accurate planning data and ERP parameters for reliable decision‑making.
• Manage day‑to‑day supplier relationships, tracking on‑time delivery, quality and contractual adherence.
• Define optimal inventory levels to balance service and cost.
• Assess the impact of engineering and industrial changes and execute necessary action plans.
• Contribute to supply‑chain performance targets such as service level, inventory management and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with Production, Scheduling, Purchasing, Quality, Engineering Methods and Configuration teams.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and act as a key partner for internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, production planning or purchasing.
• Solid understanding of industrial supply‑chain processes and material planning.
• Experience working with ERP systems and MRP methodologies.
• Advanced Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Fluency in French and a good command of English (minimum B2).
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage.
