Supply Chain Consultant

About the role

Join a fast‑growing company that helps Fortune‑500 firms optimise their supply chains with smart software and expert services. As a Supply Chain Consultant you will guide customers through the full lifecycle of planning solutions, from analysis to go‑live support.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customers' planning challenges and design tailored supply‑chain solutions.
• Implement and validate the solution together with the customer's project team.
• Provide expertise during and after implementation, ensuring a smooth transition.
• Train customers to maximise the value of the solution.
• Document technical designs and functional notes for internal and client use.
• Travel to customer sites for approximately 20% of the time while remaining part of the internal delivery team.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset, preferably with a Master’s degree in Production Management, Logistics or a related field.
• High affinity for IT and willingness to learn a new software platform.
• Basic programming knowledge.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.
• Team‑player attitude with a friendly, open approach.
