Supervisor Accountancy – Trusted Advisor

About the role
Do you love working for exciting organisations and taking responsibility without hesitation? At Grant Thornton you will act as a trusted advisor, providing tax and financial guidance to SMEs and multinational clients across diverse sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Support clients in preparing interim statements, annual reports, VAT and tax returns, and attend tax audits.
- Maintain accounts for Belgian medium‑sized companies and international clients.
- Provide well‑founded advice, create added value and engage in cross‑selling opportunities.
- Support the manager and supervise junior and senior colleagues.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accountancy‑Finance.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a consultancy or accountancy firm.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English.
- High sense of responsibility, result‑oriented customer service and passion for numbers.
- Willingness to travel to client sites or different offices.
