SuccessFactors Consultant

About the role

We are an elite SAP Gold Partner seeking a SuccessFactors Consultant to join our HR Technology practice in Belgium. You will work on a strong pipeline of SAP SuccessFactors projects for enterprise clients across Europe, contributing to both commercial success and charitable initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements‑gathering workshops with European stakeholders to map real‑world HR policies to SAP SuccessFactors.
• Configure, implement and customise modules such as Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Compensation, Variable Pay, Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) and Learning Management System (LMS).
• Provide coaching and up‑skilling to fellow consultants on configuration work‑arounds, business rule logic and client management.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors.
• Proven track record of end‑to‑end implementation projects.
• Fluent in French or Dutch and based in Belgium.
