Store Replenishment Planner

About the role

Medi-Market Group is looking for a Store Replenishment Planner to manage inventory planning for its network of parapharmacies and pharmacies across Europe. You will ensure product availability by creating and monitoring replenishment plans for more than 12,000 SKUs in over 100 stores.

Key responsibilities

• Define and update store inventory parameters in collaboration with the Inventory Planner.
• Generate weekly/monthly replenishment plans based on demand forecasts and inventory targets.
• Track and adjust replenishment orders generated by planning tools.
• Monitor plan adherence and adapt to changes in demand or strategy.
• Measure key performance indicators such as service level, product availability, and out‑of‑stock rates.

Required profile

• Relevant education in supply chain, logistics, business administration or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills to align cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Statistical forecasting methods
• End‑to‑end supply chain planning knowledge
• Advanced Excel proficiency
• Experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Relex, Anaplan)
• Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau (a plus)
