Store Manager – New Store Opening in Antwerp

About the role

We are looking for a Store Manager to lead the launch of our first store in Belgium, located in the Antwerp region. You will be responsible for building the team, setting up daily operations, and delivering an outstanding customer experience from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, coach and develop the store team, creating work schedules and fostering a performance‑driven culture.
• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring product availability, optimal stock levels and compliance with safety procedures.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, driving sales and profitability targets.
• Coordinate all activities related to the store opening, from layout planning to launch events.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store presentation.
• Manage resources efficiently, balancing staffing needs with business goals.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of the brand in the Belgian market.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail, preferably in large‑scale or specialised environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams in an operational setting.
• Strong commercial awareness with a focus on results and customer satisfaction.
• Hands‑on leadership style, comfortable making decisions and solving problems.
• Motivation to play a key role in the growth of an international retailer in Belgium.
