Stock Manager

About the role

Lutosa, a Belgian leader in frozen and chilled potato products, is looking for a Stock Manager to guarantee the accuracy of inventory data across all internal and external systems. You will collaborate closely with the internal Logistics team and third‑party logistics (3PL) partners to ensure smooth operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and control inventory across all storage locations, performing daily reconciliations between physical stock and SAP records.
• Analyse, monitor and resolve EDI flow issues with external warehouses to prevent disruptions.
• Provide operational support to all departments and warehouses, handling return flows and inventory adjustments.
• Conduct virtual inventory management, root‑cause analysis of stock blocks, SSCC errors and pallet discrepancies.
• Monitor interim inventory accounts, reintegrate lost pallets and oversee inventory write‑offs in line with S&OP guidelines.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Production, Sales, Logistics and Transportation teams to correct EDI‑related errors via SAP transactions.
• Identify process bottlenecks, propose improvements and coach colleagues to resolve issues independently.
• Lead monthly review meetings with 3PL partners and ensure alignment of inventory data.
