Stock Keeper – Warehouse Management

About the role
The Stock Keeper is responsible for maintaining order, cleanliness and efficient product flow within the Brussels warehouse of Max Mara. Working 38 hours per week, the role supports both in‑store and online operations, ensuring that merchandise is stored correctly and readily available for sales teams and customers.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and store incoming goods following company policies and anti‑shoplifting procedures.
- Organise and maintain the warehouse layout to optimise picking and replenishment for in‑store activities.
- Process outgoing product transfers and fulfil online orders within agreed timeframes.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and support stock reconciliation.
- Promote the use of digital tools for inventory and workflow management.
- Apply sustainable‑development practices in daily operations.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, orderly environment.
- Ability to work autonomously while reporting to the Assistant Store Manager.
- Good understanding of product handling and care procedures.
- Willingness to adopt digital technologies and sustainable practices.
