Station Agent

About the role

Turkish Airlines is looking for enthusiastic Station Agents to join its Airport Office team. In this fast‑paced position you will be the first point of contact for passengers, ensuring smooth coordination between crew, ground handling, catering, cleaning, air traffic control, customs and immigration.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome arriving passengers and facilitate communication among all airport stakeholders.
• Prepare and verify flight documentation, place daily catering orders and keep accurate flight records.
• File post‑flight documents and conduct statistical analysis of flight coupons.
• Coordinate lost‑baggage retrieval with handling agents and manage compensation processes when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or high‑school graduation.
• Permanent residence permit for the work country.
• At least 1 year experience in civil aviation or tourism.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and make accurate decisions.
• Excellent English and proficiency in the local language.
• Willingness to work shifts, including overnight.
