Space & Defence Consultant – Europe

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Develop sector and market entry strategies for space and defence clients.
• Conduct economic and cost‑benefit analyses, investment business cases and policy impact assessments.
• Perform market studies, strategic and business planning, and user‑requirement gathering.
• Manage programmes and projects, ensuring delivery against client expectations.
• Engage with clients, partners and stakeholders, including senior officials in the space ecosystem.

Required profile

• Advanced consulting skill‑set: problem solving, quantitative and qualitative analytics, strong writing and presentation abilities.
• Fast learner, flexible, organised, meticulous and detail‑oriented.
• Proven experience in international management consulting.
• Strong academic background and interest or experience in space, security or defence sectors.
• Fully fluent in English and a NATO citizen eligible for security clearance.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (mostly day‑trips) and work in security‑sensitive environments.
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite.
