Solution Engineer

About the role

As a Solution Engineer you will focus on OMP’s industry‑specific supply‑chain solutions, turning complex business challenges into robust, scalable software. You will work closely with solution managers, analysts and consultants to deliver high‑quality code that meets real‑world customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Translate functional requirements into technical designs and algorithms specific to industry solutions.
• Detail designs and produce clear technical specifications.
• Write clean, high‑quality code following Scrum methodology and current technology standards.
• Collaborate with solution managers, analysts, consultants and QA engineers to validate requirements.
• Review peer code and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain and support delivered features based on user feedback.
• Continuously expand expertise in preferred technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ICT, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent experience.
• Strong passion for writing high‑quality software.
• Creative mindset with excellent algorithmic and conceptual thinking.
• Eagerness to stay on the cutting edge of technology.
• Customer‑centric attitude and ability to work in a multinational environment.
