Software Engineer

About the role

Join Dedalus, a leading healthcare technology company, as a Software Engineer in Belgium. You will contribute to the next generation of Clinical Information Systems (CIS) and Electronic Patient Record (EPR) solutions, helping to make healthcare safer and more efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Engineer software for CIS and EPR platforms, focusing on the Computerized Physician Order Entry (CPOE) domain.
• Develop frameworks and functionality that enable medical staff to order and track procedures efficiently.
• Integrate clinical decision support features in collaboration with the development team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• No professional software‑engineering experience required; a first experience is a plus.
• Team player with strong architectural understanding and interest in the synergy between business functionality and technology.
• Dynamic problem‑solver with analytical mindset.
• Fluent in English; German or French is an asset.
