Social Media Specialist – Paid Media

About the role

We are seeking a business‑minded Social Media Specialist to own and drive paid social performance across our European markets. Reporting to the EU Communication lead, you will work closely with commercial, product and global communications teams to turn commercial priorities into high‑impact digital campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and optimise end‑to‑end paid social campaigns (awareness to conversion) for multiple European markets, balancing global brand consistency with local relevance.
• Translate global brand guidelines into locally resonant content for two audience groups: partners (decorators, resellers, agencies) and end‑customers (brands, corporates, merchandisers).
• Perform precise audience segmentation, run A/B tests and maintain a “test‑and‑learn” approach to scale winning tactics.
• Produce KPI reports, analyse performance data and make strategic budget reallocation decisions to maximise ROI.
• Challenge existing channel mixes, pause under‑performing activities and propose new opportunities, including emerging platforms such as YouTube.
• Integrate AI tools (e.g., Meta × Claude) to automate content production, enhance targeting and streamline campaign workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing automation and CRM teams to ensure seamless lead handling and data integration.

Required profile

• Strong commercial mindset with a data‑driven decision making style.
• Proven experience managing paid social campaigns across multiple markets.
• Comfortable working in fast‑moving, cross‑functional environments.
• Proactive attitude toward emerging ad‑tech and AI trends.
