Social Media Engagement Specialist

About the role

As a Social Media Engagement Specialist you will create, schedule and publish daily social media content while collaborating with internal departments and stakeholders. You will also expand distribution networks and nurture online communities to maximise audience reach and meaningful engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Create, schedule and publish engaging social media content on a daily basis.
• Build, maintain and expand distribution networks across multiple platforms.
• Monitor and respond to conversations, fostering community interaction.
• Identify and share insights from user‑generated content with internal teams.
• Gather, analyse and interpret performance data using analytics and listening tools.
• Track trends, emerging topics and audience behaviour to optimise strategies.
• Monitor third‑party activities and identify partnership opportunities with influencers and content creators.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Marketing, Digital Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in social media management, community management or related areas.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proven experience creating engaging content and managing online communities.
• Strong understanding of social media ecosystems and best practices.
