Social Media & Content Manager

About the role

Profirst is looking for a hands‑on Social Media & Content Manager to own the brand’s own channels and align its digital reach with its industry reputation. You will translate the Executive Creative Director’s brand voice into a consistent editorial line and drive growth across Instagram, TikTok and supporting platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a living editorial calendar based on the brand territory defined by the ECD.
• Conceive, script, produce and publish content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, newsletters and the website, working closely with the Studio’s Content and Graphic pods.
• Write captions, edit visuals and ensure each post is on‑brand and timely.
• Own audience growth through format experimentation, social SEO, trend monitoring and community management.
• Set, track and report monthly metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, traffic) and adjust the strategy accordingly.
• Maintain consistency across all touchpoints and feed case studies, website and newsletter from the same content engine.
• Provide secondary social and editorial support to client projects when needed, without shifting focus from Profirst’s own brand.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of experience owning social media and content for a brand.
• Hands‑on creator who can think editorially upstream and execute content end‑to‑end.
• Comfortable translating a senior creative vision into daily posts.
• Proactive, data‑driven and able to adapt plans based on performance.
