Site Superintendent – Oosterweel Link (Antwerp)

About the role

The Site Superintendent will lead on‑site activities for the ROCO consortium on the Oosterweel Link project in Antwerp. Working in an English‑only environment, you will be the primary point of contact for in‑house teams and subcontractors, ensuring the project progresses safely, on time, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate on‑site teams and subcontractors in the dedicated project zone.
• Prepare technical aspects of the works and align site activities with execution plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
• Support short‑term (daily/weekly) planning, identify optimisation opportunities and monitor productivity.
• Review and validate subcontractor and supplier invoice proposals.
• Report directly to the Site Manager / Project Manager and contribute to overall site coordination.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supervising large‑scale construction sites, preferably in infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality and environmental standards on construction sites.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in written reports.
• Leadership skills to manage diverse teams and coordinate multiple subcontractors.
