Site Manager – Data Centre Construction (Belgium)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the construction of a data centre in Belgium. The role involves overseeing all on‑site activities, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all site operatives and subcontractors throughout the construction phase.
• Monitor progress, manage material deliveries, conduct safety inspections and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate work schedules and deliveries to maintain efficient site operations.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and clients on project status.
• Ensure compliance with building regulations, health and safety legislation and other legal requirements.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of experience managing complex construction sites.
• Hands‑on, site‑based leadership with strong client‑facing abilities.
• Good understanding of technical construction drawings.
• Familiarity with local construction codes, regulations and health & safety standards.
• High attention to detail and a delivery‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in English; French or Dutch is a plus.
• Right to live and work in the EU.
