Site Manager – Construction (Belgium)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the operational activities on our construction sites in Belgium. You will ensure safety, schedule adherence, budget control, and quality standards while collaborating closely with the Project Manager and on‑site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily on‑site activities, supervising subcontractors, suppliers and workers.
• Conduct site inspections, ensure technical compliance, and make on‑the‑ground decisions.
• Organise site meetings, prepare reports, and manage weekly and short‑term planning.
• Coordinate material deliveries and prepare each construction phase.
• Act as the on‑site safety responsible, conduct safety briefings and report incidents.
• Read and interpret drawings and specifications, monitor technical execution and quality.
• Maintain daily site records, validate subcontractor claims, and support budget follow‑up.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or Architecture.
• 5–7 years of experience as a Site Manager.
• Strong technical insight, leadership, communication and organisational abilities.
• Hands‑on mentality, proactive problem‑solving and alignment with company values.
