Site Administrator

About the role

Mercury is seeking a Site Administrator to support its construction and engineering projects in Mons, Belgium. The role ensures compliance with client operational systems, manages documentation, and facilitates smooth site operations.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain full compliance with the client’s operational management system to meet commercial contract KPIs.
• Close out maintenance jobs by receiving contractor reports and uploading them to the client’s maintenance management tool.
• Use software tools such as ServiceNow and Maximo for job tracking.
• Archive, track, and retrieve technical and contractual documentation from various Mercury teams.
• Ensure all client documents are up‑to‑date, meet formal standards, and are shared with relevant teams.
• Produce weekly reports on report status (live, completed, ongoing, not started) to identify emergencies and resolve them in real time.

Required profile

• Strong administration experience.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent telephone manner and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure and manage site paperwork.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills.
