Service Technician / Automonteur (Antwerp)

About the role

As a Service Technician at Tesla in Antwerp, you will be part of the core team that keeps our electric vehicles running at the highest standards. You will work with cutting‑edge Tesla software and advanced tools to deliver fast, reliable service to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repairs, maintenance and upgrades on all Tesla models using Tesla‑specific software and advanced automotive tools.
• Inspect vehicles thoroughly before return or pre‑delivery to ensure first‑time‑right quality.
• Collaborate with local and regional teams to share best practices and continuously improve the service experience.
• Participate in in‑house training to stay current on EV technology and Tesla’s proprietary systems.

Required profile

• Professional experience in vehicle service and repair (automotive, aviation, marine or similar).
• Relevant certification to perform vehicle repairs in Belgium (preferred).
• Fluent written and spoken English with clear communication skills.
• Valid full European driver’s licence (Class B) and willingness to travel for mobile repairs.
• Legal eligibility to work in Belgium.
