Service Engineer – Benelux Region (Netherlands/Belgium)

About the role

Join a globally recognised construction equipment manufacturer as the first dedicated Service Engineer for the Benelux region. You will work closely with dealers, customers and international teams to deliver high‑quality field service for excavators and wheel loaders across the Netherlands and Belgium.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain excavators and wheel loaders at customer and dealer sites.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic faults.
• Perform scheduled maintenance, inspections and emergency breakdown support.
• Advise customers on machine operation, preventative maintenance and spare‑part selection.
• Support warranty claims and produce technical reports in coordination with the manufacturer.
• Build strong relationships with dealers and end‑users throughout the Benelux market.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience with excavators and/or wheel loaders.
• Strong diagnostic skills across mechanical, hydraulic, electrical and electronic systems.
• Fluent English communication (essential); Dutch or French is a plus.
• Based in the Netherlands or Belgium and comfortable with frequent travel across the region.
• Independent, customer‑focused and technically driven mindset.
