Service Coordinator – Security Operations

About the role

Securitas is looking for a Service Coordinator to ensure smooth delivery of security contracts and to act as the main link between clients, sales, and project teams. You will help maintain high service standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Set up maintenance plans, UC/OLA agreements and financial frameworks for contracts.
• Coordinate handover from Sales and Project Management to guarantee seamless client transitions.
• Implement and manage contracts using CSM and ERP tools.
• Participate in daily operations such as incident, escalation and change management.
• Lead client onboarding, kick‑off meetings and define operational workflows.
• Monitor monthly service levels, identify improvement opportunities and support internal optimisation projects.
• Maintain regular contact with client relationship managers and align activities with the SMO Manager.

Required profile

• Diplomatic, customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to lead without formal authority, negotiate and solve problems under pressure.
• Bilingual in Dutch/French or Dutch/English or French/English.
• At least a Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year experience in Project, Service, Contract or Account Management.
• Knowledge of private security legislation is a plus.
