Service Coordinator / Planner – Belgium

About the role

As a Service Coordinator / Planner for Siemens eMobility Charging in Belgium, you will ensure that electric bus and truck charging systems remain reliable and available. You will oversee service assignments, manage resources and logistics, and keep spare parts stocked so that field engineers and partners can respond quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance, firmware updates and other service activities across the region.
• Manage service orders and cases from initiation to completion, ensuring smooth execution.
• Monitor SLAs and KPIs for warranty and out‑of‑warranty cases to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Dispatch field engineers and service partners, guaranteeing readiness and availability.
• Secure spare parts, handle returns of defective components and optimise logistics.
• Oversee case management, work‑order planning and maintain data quality in the service platform.
• Track firmware revisions, documentation and compliance with service agreements.
• Support development of service partners in line with regional goals and optimise resource utilisation for profitable SLA services.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in service coordination, planning or project support.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to connect people, processes and priorities.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset and energetic attitude.
• Experience in technical industries such as installation, construction or manufacturing is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills; fluent in English, Dutch or French is an advantage.
