Service Coordinator

About the role

Securitas is looking for a Service Coordinator to ensure smooth delivery of security services to our clients. You will act as the bridge between sales, project management and operations, guaranteeing that contracts are set up, monitored and continuously improved.

Key responsibilities

• Develop maintenance plans, UC/OLA schedules and financial frameworks for contracts.
• Coordinate handover from Sales and Project Management to guarantee seamless client transitions.
• Implement and manage contracts using CSM and ERP tools.
• Handle daily operational tasks such as incident, escalation and change management.
• Lead client onboarding, conduct kick‑off meetings and define operational workflows.
• Monitor service levels monthly and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain regular contact with client relationship managers and align activities with the SMO Manager.

Required profile

• Diplomatic, customer‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
• Ability to lead without formal authority, negotiate, solve problems and stay resilient under pressure.
• Bilingual in Dutch/French or Dutch/English (or French/English).
• Master’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience (preferred).
• Minimum 1 year experience in project, service, contract or account management.
• Familiarity with legislation related to private security is a plus.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of security technologies: access control, intrusion detection, CCTV, ICT.
• Technical knowledge of telecommunications: wireless and wired systems.
• ITIL Foundation certification or willingness to obtain it.
