SEO & AEO Engineer – Finance (Germany/Belgium)

About the role

We are looking for a senior SEO & AEO Engineer to join our Global Digital Marketing team. The role focuses on finance‑sector digital assets and will be based in Germany or Belgium. You will work independently to design and execute search‑marketing strategies that boost brand visibility and drive conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage end‑to‑end SEO and AEO campaigns for finance clients.
• Develop and align global content strategies with SEO goals to optimise page structures.
• Collaborate with developers, content writers, designers and project managers to implement recommendations.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, on‑page optimisation and monitor search performance.
• Produce regular performance reports, dashboards and insights.
• Stay current with AI‑powered search trends and integrate them into daily work.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to best‑practice documentation.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of proven experience in SEO, preferably with AI‑driven search.
• Strong content‑strategy mindset with understanding of user intent and buying journeys.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaborate across multiple teams.
