SEO & AEO Engineer – 2 Positions (Germany & Belgium)

About the role

We are seeking two experienced SEO & AEO Engineers to join a leading global finance organization on a 24‑month fixed‑term contract. The positions are based in Germany (German preferred) and Belgium (French preferred) and are open to strong English‑speaking candidates.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end SEO and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies.
• Develop search‑driven content strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, on‑page optimization, and keyword planning.
• Optimize websites for AI‑powered search experiences.
• Utilize Google Search Console, Google Ads and Adobe Analytics to monitor performance.
• Build dashboards and analyse search performance data.
• Collaborate with developers, content writers and marketing teams.
• Mentor junior team members and promote SEO best practices.

Required profile

• 6–8 years of professional experience in SEO, AEO or related fields.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• German speaker preferred for the Germany location; French speaker preferred for the Belgium location.
• Strong English communication skills.
