Senior Windows System Administrator – Hybrid (Brussels)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Windows System Administrator to join our Windows Server team in Brussels. The role is hybrid, allowing you to work both on‑site and remotely while supporting a large‑scale enterprise IT infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support for infrastructure incidents and service requests.
• Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2016 or later).
• Implement infrastructure changes, service enhancements and perform application deployments.
• Maintain Citrix environments and Remote Desktop Services.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise Windows infrastructure services.
• Support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Teams and authentication.
• Contribute to system upgrades, maintenance activities and operational improvements.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Windows System Administrator.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Active Directory, Group Policies, DHCP, DNS, PXE and Windows Firewall.
• Fluent Dutch (CEFR C2) and professional English communication skills.
