Senior Tender Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Tender Engineer to support tendering and pre‑construction activities for large‑scale industrial and data‑centre projects in an EPC environment. The role involves analysing tender documents, developing execution strategies and producing accurate cost estimates while collaborating closely with engineering, procurement and project teams.

Key responsibilities

• Review and analyse tender documentation, specifications and contractual requirements.
• Identify risks, opportunities and scope gaps within tender submissions.
• Develop execution strategies and construction methodologies for complex projects.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates covering labour, materials, subcontracting and logistics.
• Issue RFQs to suppliers and subcontractors and evaluate their proposals.
• Support bid strategy development and participate in internal tender reviews.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement and project teams to ensure aligned delivery.
• Assist in defining project schedules, resource requirements and execution planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Tender Engineer or similar role within EPC environments.
• Strong background in industrial projects, especially piping, mechanical or industrial construction.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, drawings and specifications.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Fluent English; additional European languages are a plus.
