Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant – HR Department

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our HR department on an urgent, three‑month assignment. The role is hybrid, allowing work from home combined with on‑site presence in Ghent or Brussels, and requires immediate contribution to our fast‑paced corporate recruitment needs.
Key responsibilities
- Lead recruitment for external services, including prevention staff, nursing personnel, physicians and related roles.
- Manage hiring for social secretariat positions.
- Support operational and internal HR profile recruitment across the organization.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level experience in talent acquisition within corporate environments.
- Ability to work autonomously and deliver results from day one.
- Strong communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Fluency in Dutch and French.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems; familiarity with Workday Recruiting is a strong advantage.
