Senior System Engineer

About the role

ITS Group is seeking a Senior System Engineer to join its Digital Systems team. You will help maintain a secure digital workplace, support the migration from MECM/SCCM to Intune, and drive automation and innovation across the environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with digital teams to design and deliver secure digital projects.
• Implement and support security policies, ensuring compliance and technical documentation.
• Provide 3rd‑line support to service desk and system administrators.
• Maintain and harden existing Windows environments, manage vulnerabilities and patches.
• Lead the migration from MECM/SCCM to Intune for application deployment and policy management.
• Develop and improve scripting, automation, and AI‑driven solutions.
• Evaluate new technologies pragmatically before implementation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in system engineering or a similar role.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft endpoint management and security.
• Proven ability to work independently and with cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ownership of technical issues.
