Senior Software Engineer – B2B SaaS Platform

About the role

Introw is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help shape the next generation of its AI‑driven B2B partnership management platform. You will work side‑by‑side with the founding team in Ghent, turning ambitious ideas into reliable, scalable features that power hundreds of companies worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain core components of the PRM platform using modern web technologies.
• Ensure high code quality, performance, and scalability for a distributed customer base.
• Own the full development lifecycle—from ideation and prototyping to production deployment and post‑release optimisation.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and customers to deliver features that directly impact revenue growth.
