Senior Site Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead construction activities on our projects. Working closely with the Project Manager, you will ensure health and safety, quality, logistics and subcontractor performance meet our targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee health, safety, environmental and quality (HSEQ) systems and procedures on site.
• Plan and manage site set‑up, security, logistics, deliveries and traffic flow.
• Supervise subcontractors, forepersons and site personnel to achieve production targets.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to follow the construction programme and sequence finishing trades efficiently.
• Monitor resources, labour, plant, site overheads and control costs.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of site management experience in commercial, industrial, residential or fit‑out projects.
• Proven ability to manage HSEQ compliance and site logistics.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to work with diverse teams.
